Ye, the side strips pulled away and then i used a blade out of a stanley knife to cut the sticky stuff away. With the front and back, the strips just pop out but be careful not to dig into the paint

Will have a look for photos of anthracite Monza's

Colour coding cost me 4-5 cans of paint from Halfords and a few cans of primer and lacquer. If I'm really honest, check with a body shop first how much they would charge as trying to get the strips smooth yourself is a pain in the a**e!!
