I found a great little spot just behind the battery where as the guide suggests. Word of advice, all of the seals by the door will clip up. they just need a bit of prodding. If still in need of advice just pm me, ill send some detailed photos.

Hi mate, i do not have the solution to your problem but if you need parts for a driver passenger door lock, i can sort you out. I purchased both mechanics for that door (for an 04 polo twist, which may work). My mate slammed the door so hard it broke the lock and wouldn't unlock. Had to go to VW to ...

Hi, weirdly enough I done a door installation last night I used 6.5" speakers... There is a massive problem though. 1. The original speakers are pot revited in which requires a lot of time to get through them. 2. YOU NEED A BRACKET. Depending on the depth of your speakers you may need a bracket...
