Not in 99.9% of cars. When light commercials run 24v, it's normally from 2 x 12v batts.

fair shout, easiest thing to do is just declare EVERYTHING i suppose. i disagree with the comment that they dont like to insure people in fast cars, becuase a 55bhp 1.2 isnt fast! :lol: but i understand what you mean. cheers guys ell Unfortunatly, a lot of people who drive 55bhp 1.2's are unwilling...

Can't insure it - don't drive it - end of.

The reason insurers don't like young drivers in fast cars is because you don't know how to drive yet.

Really wouldn't be easy. Best bet is a sliding softop (like on the mk4 openairs). I think charlie-says on clubpolo has one with one of those.
