hi need a bit of help
whilst driving today some daft bint in a beemer tourer pulled out on me at a roundabout !
to show her my displeasure i thought i would give her a blast of the horn to try and wake the silly cow up but when i tried nothing!!!
checked the fuse and its ok

not starting
yeah i had this problem 3 years ago it could be a dodgy ignition barrel take the cowling off and waggle the wires i did this and had no trouble since. but the immobiliser was working cos i bump started it

i had this problem but it is a easy fix. first of all the microswitch in the lock mech would have probably failed due to corrosion from your leaking rear wash wiper union. vw introduced a mod in the form of a mini jubilee clip to tighten the joint which i was given free by my friendly vag parts ...
