I presumed you weren't using the fk rear shocks? pop round tommorrow i'm in all day and we can chat.

no-rice is the ...

whilst sanding out your piston rings (great idea imo- all the 'best' tuners do it) why not take a flap wheel to the cylinder bores??? nothing like abit of blow by.

Also its a good idea to put sand in your oil, this will have much the same effect, but it obviously cheaper than wet and dry paper ...

Power = Current x Voltage

So, depending on your alternator rating you might get away with it:

60A alternator power = 60 x 12 = 720W

55A alternator power = 55 x 12 = 660W (getting dodgy if you've got lights on, will still work - but you'll start to drain the battery)

45A alternator power = 45 x ...

Yeah, you covered a good bit there. I can't think of anything else off the top of my head

useful info there...

mpg works out similar with a true gt and spi, because of the different gearboxs, but having said that my gt gives good economy (high 30 even when thrashing) andy's cl mite have been ...

unfortunately not, the passenger side chassis leg is prone to splitting or cracking, this is usally solved by either stich welding before it goes, or once its gone, welding in another brace to strengthen the front end, i know a couple of high powered g40s that used steel girder :twisted:

it's worth noting, before your rocker cover is chromed, it will need to be smoth as possible (basically polished) to give the best results, chroming will only highlight the minor imperfections in the metals surface.

Cost me around £55 to have my rocker cover and dizzy cap cover triple chrome ...

yeah, you're right Gareth - need all the engine wiring from the fusebox onwards. andy bodged his CL loom to a GT engine loom when he ran GT injection on an AAV lump, but it's not an ideal way of doing it.
