Basically, I've had the car back at the dealers getting both of its keys sync'd to the immobiliser (don't ask...)
However, after running the car, leave the set of keys used to start it in the ignition, and try to lock with the other set - guess what happens...
have you guessed yet?
Anyway - the answer is - nothing!
Quite a good security idea, I suppose. Of course my immediate reaction was to assume that the key I was trying to lock it with was broken (such is my faith in VW
