Cheers guys. Just done the swage lines, just waiting for the second skim of filler to set. Found another dent on the new wing, so have given that a skim and rubbed down. Just waiting on that second skim to dry too.

Its bloody raining  so dont look like i can prime the bumpers which has pee'd me off lots. Hopefully it'll clear up soon.

Ok, so the girlfriend and I were at it all afternoon (the car that is) and managed to prime the bumpers and skirts, and finish the wing completely.

Gotta get up real early and give it a full fairy liquid wash, followed by a complete sand down then i can spray.

Here's how its looking, the bumpers really taken shape now...

Sweeeeet thats shaping up very nicely. De-seaming is über-subtle and a nice touch - also defeats the possibility of rust bubbling up there in the future (used to happen on my old Mini lol) 8)

Can you post more info on your cold air feed for your air filter please? Via PM or in another post is probably best :)

Cheers dude

Will do when its back on! Currently its just a couple metal pipes going nowhere. Had to remove the ducting as the bumper keeps coming off and going back on. Basically a samco 90deg going to throttle body, a 90deg metal pipe, a 45deg metal then 2 pieces of s shape inrecooler ducting butted up together going where the charcoal canister was and out by the foglight aperture.

Only a few piccies, spray went ok, not amazing. The paint i've got seems really thin and was quite easy to get runs in, so i'm flatting them back and giving it another coat today...
