Update:
I dispatched my rear lights for tinting today and should have them back in about 7-10 days
Oh and I have decided that the back of the car needs to be wound up just a few millimetres as its looking a little low now that it has settled in properly, it looks a shade lower than the front! A job for when I next have a few minutes to hand.
Strut brace is in my possession and simply requires a change in colour before fitment.
I was intending to get all of this done in time for UD so I am a few weeks behind schedule. After these two mods are on, here endeth the "winter progress" thread!
Cheers

The tinted lights arrived today. Pics:

As you can see they are reflective so shouldn't be a problem with regards to MOT or legality. No need for silly looking reflectors elsewhere on the back of the car!
The lozenge-shaped items are a set of genuine VW side repeaters that were tinted at the same time. Not sure if installing them too is overkill so may hold off for a couple of days?
Certainly the rear lights will be fitted before this weekend's Club Polo Midlands meet at Wednesbury.
What do you think?
