Audio Install - help

Post by shantybeater »

I managed to get my boot build from my mk4 to fit in me polo :D

Only problem is I can't seem to find a hole through to the engine bay?? can anyone help???

There is what look like a semi-circle cut into the carpet area with a rubber thing behind, is that it? do I have to drill any holes??

It's a hole with a rubber bung in it.

The bung has a hole in it for you to feed wires through.
As you look at your engine bay its on the RHS above the gearbox, in between the suspension strut and engine

Got it through in the end! :) problem solved...apart from i broke the fuse in the process so just jammed the power lead together with some tape....nice and dangerous!
