sorry to go on but judging by legal33's register date id say he came from club polo over here puropsely to have a go at tomo.

now i know wat its like to get worried about being ripped of, heck, its even happened to me for £300 and i tried to see about getting it back but didnt work so i grew up and got on with my life. i didnt make a big rant over it for months or years.

im sure if tomo says they got the money, they got the money. u know where tomo is now and he aint going n e where fast so y dont u talk to the people, get them to check theyre accounts and see if they had money put in. if they have alls well ends well if not then tomo sort it out quick so keyboard warrior legal33 over here can dissapear and everyone can get on with it.....

by the way tomo, if u sell ur car to someone on here then those people that are gonna steel the wheels cause u owe them money or watever cant touch it as u wont own it there for theyd be stealing.

i know its not nice me going on but tomo, get it sorted and legal33, get on with it.

im not taking sides or being a keyboard warrior im just talking sensibly.....

thank you.....

p.s. damn nice car tomo.

keyboard warrior, i love that, good opening line, coming on here to "have a go" at tomo, i come wanting one thing, and one thing only, that is tomo's address, so the legal system can do its own dealing with the situation

it isnt about making a big rant over anything, contacting the guy, on numerous occasions, and getting fobbed off on numerous occasions, what else are they left to do?

the money he has sent is for parts he said after selling, he needed.

that is now received, but there are still oustanding parts that arent received so it is far from over

you can nit pick, and try all your own typing, patronizing wording, but end of day, they have paid for goods, and tomo has not supplied.

The post on club polo speaks for itself really, supply the parts and i disappear, and you can get on with things, and all is over

thats it really?

You are missing the exhaust which i am searching for one to send. Everything else has been sorted.

By all means take me to court but considering I have not once said they werent getting their parts I dont see the point.

you really are convinced you arent in the wrong?

im not going to say what i have already said once, its all there

8months since they paid for the parts, and when you said they could have them, that says all that is needed you fool

they cant take you to court, as you still wont seem to give them your address

you dont see the point, you really are narrow minded arent you

you STILL are yet to send parts, 8 months after the parts were suppose to be supplied.

you are searching for an exhaust to send????

where is the one you agreed to sell them 8 months ago?!?!?

if you genuinely think you are not in the wrong, then pick up your phone, and send your address to holly and rae, then, like i have said, the county court can decide...

oh no i completely understand its taken a ridiculous amount of time....

what i dont understand is who you are?

also a county court will not be interested in the slightest. I have not stolen or commited any crime, just been held up along the way. As soon as i source an exhaust they can have it then thats all parts done as i only owe them 1 part not "parts"

also if i had been driving around in the polo for the last 7 months i could completely understand but it clearly hasnt been finished! i have no need for the parts either and i obviously havent sold them to anybody else as they would have made themselves known.

I'm taking, by reference to County Court, that Holly and Rae would be intending to use the "small claims" procedure.

"Small claims" is a civil matter, not a criminal one, so a County Court may well wish to give hearing to a claim made for the unsupplied part/s.

yeah your wrong tomo, again small claims will deal with it.

I have been asked on behalf of Rae & Holly to try and get tomo's address, to pass onto them...

To make clear yet again, this has not been sorted, parts and/or money is still owed

you sold the parts to them 8 months ago and haven't sent the items, your mechanics being slow or not finished the job, is totally irrelevant.

Again, if you are so confident a county court "will not be interested in the slightest" then you should have no problem in supplying Rae and Holly with you address?

You wont supply your address, as you are happy stringing them along for longer, as you have convinced yourself that it is "alright"

I will echo what i have said over and over again, just send them the parts/money they are owed, or if that isnt possible, send them your address.

Its quite simple...

woah on the keyboard war. legal33 - i don't know any of the people on here personally, including tomo. i've been thru the links you posted, and by the looks of things he made a cock up, BUT is genuinely making an effort to sort it. an engine conversion like this is bound to be expensive, which may be a major cause for delay. if the exhaust is proving hard to source, then that can't be helped. and you aren't helping with this. i won't comment on the post above, as i don't know of any previous problems between them, nor do i want to. now can we please grow up and stay on topic? any flak shared ought to be done privately. if your plan was to get people on his back, it's backfired somewhat. so make the thing private.

and SMILE. it makes people wonder what you're up to :D

that is all.

p.s. AWESOME car tomo.

he isnt genuinely making an effort to sort it tho, i can supply all the pm's, text messages, dates times, that tomo has sent to rae and holly, again im not going to repeat myself.

It has nothing to do with "growing up" especially on our part, if you ring, pm, text someone and get no reply at all for weeks and months, then what else are they left to do? so, again, forgive me for ruining his thread, but AGAIN, if he just supplies his address, the problem can be resolved in a correct manor.

And the post above has nothing to do with me, we aren't going to take the knocking on doors route, we just want to take it through the correct law processes.

Please people dont come preaching telling me to do it privately, that route doesnt work, and the post above, is pointless, it doesn't help anything, and doesnt involve you so why anyone else has to post, i have no idea?

AGAIN, just supply Rae & Holly your address, that is all they require...

this is good to know. although you may want to calm down some of the goons over on cp. jumping on his roof? wtf??
Please people dont come preaching telling me to do it privately, that route doesnt work
as it currently stands, this route isn't working either, so why continue? can't we all just be friendly? anger, flak and stuff like this gets you nowhere except slightly deeper in the proverbial excrement.

just my 2p.

check that caps lock retard out!

how to single handedly make yourself look stupid!

i look silly getting involved? What getting paid for a job? Yeah im a dumb ass aren't i!

Yeah alot of hot headed talk on club polo, people wouldn't be that bothered when it comes to it

well im hoping that this method is just getting to tomo and making him think "ah man i gota sort this problem out, f**k it i will get the stuff sent then its over"

Im just hoping that, because like i have said a million times, they just want the situation/sale complete and over.
