i did indeed keep it, went and drove an E46 M3 and it bored me!

its currently in the garage whilst im away for the weekend having a new dash as the old one had a hole from where the airbag was deployed....then the new wheels can go on followed by putting in the recaros! woo then were touching up the bodywork for the summer, so its all good for now

16x7.5....195/40's

as for the M3....it was cool but a bit too refined and not fast enough! im not ready for that sort of car yet, i need the crazy on the edge polo for another year or sooo. I think next though will be a nice diesel daily and a motorbike - unless i can afford in an exige in 2 years time

as for you gayboy, we can go take some pics whenever mate...drop me a txt

Great Car you have there Tomo, what does that beast do 0-60?

Not sure on the sleeper look to be honest but fair play you have done a great job on this car.

I wouldnt like to meet that at the lights, I bet you have seen off a few scoobies, type r's, R32's etc.

Have you got any video's of the car yet?

dont know....somewhere in the 5sec mark if its dry!

Type R's and R32's are ok....much more fun to play with RS4's
Havent had a chance at shooting any videos yet but thats something for a nice summers evening.

as for the look of the car im changing my mind every day really...

Sounds Sweeeeeeeeet!

I bet it pulls well top end as well, must be 145+ MPH

Styling is a hard one to call though, I think if it was a normal MK5 Polo then I would stick to the sleeper look but the GTI is such a nice looking car and you dont see many of them on the roads so I would find it hard changing. :)

How much would you say this project has cost you as a ball park figure?
