Cruise Control aftermarket kits
Cruise Control aftermarket kits
Does anyone know if cruise control is fitted post-factory? or if there are any DIY cruise control kits available for fitting to the Polo 9N.
Was thinking of making one but it would be rather crude. Do the OEM ones work from the ECU?
Many thanks

Amd in Bicester retrofit cruise control, it's approx £275.
This is a lot of money but personally I'd pay for it from a safety aspect and their quality of work is second to none.

Factory Fitted Option + DBW?
Are but then there would be no challenge! Besides the fact it wasn't brand new.

Drive by Wire? never heard this term before. Sounds worrying. How do I know if my car is drive by wire. Any clues or tail tail signs. Any reference to VIN etc?
Many thanks

Apparently it is fairly easy and straightforward apart from threading the wires throught the polo platforms bulkhead, due to the less space than on the Golf platform.Nelson_Wilbury wrote:It's possible to fit the OEM cruise control. So no ones quite sure how difficult a job it is, it is possible though.
A Skoda technician that I know is doing mine for me after I come back from my holiday in July.
