cheers dude! yeh i did them myself, pop the covers off, primer, wet sand, spray, then lacquer. easy stuff

cheers guys! im loving this car, may not be fast (...at all) and it may have problems (drinks a suprising amount of fuel,lambda maybe?) but it puts a smile on my face everytime i see it!
only a few more things to go on the list

-GTI spoiler - does anybody know how much these are roughly from the dealers?
-New passenger seat, as my current one is broken, or if they come at the right price either mk3 recaros or TT leathers
-Exhaust, nothing too loud, cant decide between hidden or a twin pipe, iv always liked the dtm style pipes but it may be a bit too big for my car.
-Black B pillars and a Black roof, was contemplating doing this myself the other day, but i dont have a garage so dont really want to be leaving it outside with dust and bugs etc
-possibly tints, medium on the back 3 and light on the front 2
-amping my door speakers, i have the amp ready, but no wires and not a clue how to wire them up.
-possible electric window conversion

but as with most people on here, the 'list' is never ending

so the wheels were taken off after a day because i wanted something more 'bling' so iv had a go a mirror polishing the dishes. done 2 of them so far, the lacquer is a nightmare to sand off. should all be back on the car next week

so iv tried a few things, first being tinting the rear lights fully red so they both match. the indicator lights do come up dark orange and the revers light comes up pink, but i will remove the tint before my MOT


second is mirror polishing my dishes and adding some rimtape, the tap makes the car stand out so much, but im still unsure whether i love it, what do you guys think?

Rim tape looks alright dude, good thing about it is that if you want a change you can just peel it off.

no visual updates yet, changed my Lambda so now its drinking fuel how it should! also got a BMC on the way

still on the look out for a GTI spoiler, anyone know the dealers price on one of them?

You know the BMC will reverse your good doings lol but hey noise and extra few HP is worth it!
