Re: Josh's Thread- Time for L plates :P

heya pal im thinking of smoothing out the bumper trim aswell then lowering 50mil and hopefuly some 17" will still fit.
if i was u ide buy some halo led headlights off ebay, cost me £180 and bout 2 hour to fit, they look sweet cos they tinted black. a black and white them would look ace, shame mine is blue lol

couple more mods tht ive done which r cheap and stand out are: debadged front grill ebay £35, a bonnet bra £45 ebay, gloss black vinyl wrapped roof and spoiler £130, tinted windows ALl ROUND £200 from protint sheffield

tryin to get hold of apex coillovers atm but new batch comes into contry at end of july according to euro car parts but i would rather go for top dolla stuff to be safe, these r £380 which aint bad.

few suggestions there pal good luck

oright mate cheers for the ideas, i have got some 16" monzas on the way and will probs drop 40mm, i will shortly be getting the tints booked up to do at a garage, got a quote for £135, what grade do you recon? i was thinking either 65% or 80%,
As with bulbs and lighting etc, just been given a xenon kit for my birthday so will be fitting that soon !
Also i been thinking of colour coding the rear badge looks quite good
your car must look good from the mods youve done

Re: Josh's Thread- lots of little updates :D

Post by samways-polo »

Well havnt put a post for a while and a few bits have been done so thought i should let you lot know...
since my last post i have got my window tints done on my rears at 65% looks really good...
i have also had my xenon conversion kit fitted for headlights and also got hold of some xenon sidleight bulbs so the ligthing is looking good at night...
a slightly different mod... i have put red tape round the grill like the 6n2 and 9n3 gti grill think it looks quite good but its down to personal opinion and i fancied a change.
sorry but il try get some pics up soon so you can see the mods for yourself.... after working all summer have some money to spend so might invest in some bits and pieces :P
