So you want to get 160 from a standard pd100 turbo and dont want to change turbos????

What you gonna do when it blows up after a week? My Pd130 is running 185bhp and tbh thats on the limits of that turbo, so 160 from a pd100 is silly if you dont intend on getting upgraded parts.

But it wasnt runnig 195 was it. I have a rolling road graph to prove that ive ran 195... Its not a true 195 itll be about 180 at most. What other mods you had done to get that power??

GT1749VA will do 180hp with a FMIC. 170hp without. VB will just about do 200 with a FMIC. I agree with pip, no way will a stock 1749VA fo 195hp.

And the 1749V on the PD100 is only good for 145hp at a push. Probably last 100 miles at 160hp.

Has fmic full turbo back 2 " pipe pd 160 intake panel filter egr delete. Now has 150 hybrid and is 220hp 300lbs. Amd had mapped it before new turbo. Rtech done with new turbo. He did say it was a strong map and would have made the old turbo get very hot. But nick at r tech has sorted it now on new turbo to run like it should and it flies that all I can say.

Did AMD Essex do your last map or AMD Woking? I'm thinking of taking mine to them and sticking it on thier rolling road and seeing what figures mine gets.
