as for the strut brace I still have to sort out some noise coming from one of the struts after installing the brace!! sound like metal to metal sound but all the nuts are tight properly so I have no clue where the noise is coming from :/ !!

Re: yellow 6n2 progress thread :) (minor updates pg10)
Did you spray tint you side lamps black or buy them already done ?
Re: yellow 6n2 progress thread :) (minor updates pg10)
nahh only used spray tint, the same as used on the tail lights and headlamps
Re: yellow 6n2 progress thread :) (minor updates pg10)
btw a small update...bought a set of KW 40mm lowering springs
will be getting them on tomorow. hopefully it will look a little tighter. I'am also going to have a look at the tie rods because the steering is rattling so much over every bump

How easy was it todo ?dub6n2 wrote:nahh only used spray tint, the same as used on the tail lights and headlamps
Re: yellow 6n2 progress thread :) (minor updates pg10)
very easy. remove the side lamps, clean very well to remove any polish, wax or so and spray. if the spray doesn't hold on the first time wipe off immediately after spraying it and spray again(the spray itself will clean the surface)

Re: yellow 6n2 progress thread :) (minor updates pg10)

I do not have any pictures with the light on but they show clearly enough through the tint. I will take some pictures late on today dw

I think I will do the tinting thing, rather then mess about with after market lights which dont fit great and cost loads.dub6n2 wrote:as for the make I am not sure because I do not have the can any more as far as I know and it's bought from a local store here in Malta so I doubt you will find it there. but any ebay one should do mate![]()
