I have mesaged him, not sure how i would go about getting it from him though as the only vehicle i have access to at the moment is a lupo and i think thats too small for the bumper to fit in. lol

Im sure he could mail it. Might cost a bit though.

I've bought something off him, very good service, quick dispatch, top bloke.

Need to try and get a new front bumper for it as soon as i can though as the one i have needs a fair bit of work to get it back to a good standard.
Awesome update Neil

Nice one :) that's a pretty decent price in fairness

A lot of spray shops charge £3K + for a full job

Well the car is now in the garage, this was what it looked like when i took it in:

It didnt take them long to rip it apart ready for prepping:

Then they started correcting the bodywork, removing dints and dents:

This is how it is as of yesterday, bit more prep work to do and they still have the sills to repair (from where dopey garages have jacked it up in the wrong place) and then a good degrease and mask up before it gets transported to the spray booth.

Looks like its taking shape already mate, I bet you cant wait to get it back on the road ready for a few shows.

Have you gone for a straight respray in the same colour or something different?

I am having it Silver again to keep some of the originality of the car, as they only made around 500 silver 3 doors and you see so many on ebay or forums that have been written off, I figure they are getting rarer all the time.

The seats and steering wheel are easily swapped back over, so when i sell it and if the new buyer wants 100% OEM then it can easily be done.
