Previously, the only other option was hacking up the OEM loom, which is a b***h of a job to do right if anyone's tried before. According to sep_rider, Venom also sell some plug and play ones, but these cost £139 with a 3 week wait for them to come in from Germany, which seems a bit steep, considering you can get a pair of clusters for a fraction of the price on eBay.
The adapters plug into the OEM loom at one end and into the clusters at the other end and you're ready to go. You can remove your stock clusters, fit the 9n3 ones, wire them up and have them running in under 5 minutes.
These are made from genuine VW parts, which aren't cheap at all. Then there's wire (the quality of the wire I use is better than that used in the OEM loom) and solder. The adapters are built to a high standard, with the terminals being soldered in addition to being crimped, to ensure a secure connection. All in all, one set of adapters take over 30 minutes to construct from scratch. Postage is via RM 1st class recorded to cover both you and myself.

My best attempt at getting an "in action" shot:

These will be built to order. It takes me ~2 - 3 days to get the parts from VW once ordered, then they have to be built and finally posted. To cover myself, I'll say it'll take up to a week for you to get these after ordering. Depending on demand, I may start buying a job lot of parts which will reduce waiting time.
Any questions, just ask.
Thanks,
Ash
