Yep definitely need a bigger car, I'm no small guy lol. but also found out I can insure a 328i for more or less what I paid for the polo this year. Had a lot of plans for the polo, e.g conversion, new wheels and so on. but i need a straight-6 in my life :p also il just take a seat in Chris' (lowfoon) car when the conversion is complete

So will swap for a E36 318is, 323i or a MK2 GTI but would need to be a later model with electrics and fairly low mileage

Nice mate, always loved the E36 & E46 Beamers

318is are pretty good because they have 140bhp but I would avoid the normal 318 E36 beamers because they are pretty sluggish with just 115 horses.
323i or 328i would be awesome

definately, the 323i with a manifold throttle body and exhaust upgrades, has some serious gains!

So...the car went on saturday morning. was a very sad feeling. soon as i got out, i didnt even wait to see it being driven off, i turned round and walked...very emotional! lol but on saturday evening i went to pick up this beauty...





1999 BMW 323i 2.5l straight-six goodness! finished in Techno violet (would have resprayed the polo in this if i kept it) cost me £80 more than what I sold the polo for, come with tonnnnes of receipts and paperwork and is actually mint! and to top it off, insurance is less than what I paid on the polo last year! will be giving this the full going over with decent coilies and lovely dished shoes. will put some pics up of my progress once in a whie
will miss this forum, defo the friendliest and most helpful one out there!
