Hi does anyone know if you can get to the speedo at all as mine keeps getting stuck at 4000 revs even when car is off it stays there :shock: thanks :D

Yeah. If you take off the hood above with some screws then the speedo screws out. :D just undo screws it's fair simple!

Me and my Dad looked earlier today and cant find any area where you can unscrew it hmmm.. :?:

I think the screws for the hood are on the underside. I can't look cause my cars in the garage. I've ha mine off to play with the speedo though and it wasn't hard I remember that much

Under shiny edging shroud on gauge cluster cover.. remove this part (clipped in so be gentle) then you will be able to see all the screws.. 3 or 4 from memory..

remove the shroud, then there are a few holding the clocks themselves in.. Remove those, and the cluster pulls straight up.. carefully unclip loom, and presto.

Oh screws are torx heads btw.

I once took my clocks apart to try and put some tape over the ABS light as i couldnt work out the problem, the light shined through the tape when i had finished so was a complete waste of time :lol:

Fixed the ABS in the end though :D
