Looking good Jamie :)

Pressed plates would be a good investment, cheap & simple but effective 8)

Twist the mirror do not pull. If you pull you're likely to break the screen. Anti clockwise I believe

I honestly can't remember mate, but be careful! Look into it search on google how to remove a standard one.

Because if you twist it the wrong way and twist too hard then you can crack your windscreen and that's one thing you don't want!

Just make 100% your twisting it the correct way! Don't want to say one way when its the other..

Think mine was anticlockwise when I put my (S3?) mirror onto it. Didn't seem to want to go the other way so narrowed down my choices a bit!

If you've got the new mirror have a look at it - it might have cut outs like light bulb holders which make it obvious which way round it goes.
