Re: Big Red... Smooooth operator !.
Thanks people,
litterally the first time id posted in months. it failed its mot on the rear passenger wheel cylinder but its currently in the garage getting done as i type.
picking up a carpet cleaner tonight then im going over all my seats carpet and red door cards should bring the colour out brilliantly.
other than that ive done nothing still not put that spoiler on lol... oh but my head unit fried my ipod so i currently cruise with no music as id rather have silence than radio. bills are currently tight as can be but im saving for a Sony DSX-S300 head unit as im not putting another ipod in my car with that original; head unit... bloody thing has cost me like £350 now
would like to colour code my gti splitter but funds are tight.
and fit that bloody spoiler...
other than that i shall be at ED38 on the 31st of aug front line and centre in an 8 man tent traveling all of 3-4 miles from my house

ebay my friend it was like 99p or something
the blanking plate is called a grommet and there available from halfrauds i think if memory serves its like 22ml
for the rear wiper take off the black plastic cover on the inside of the bootlid and then you will see like 3 bolts that need undoing, just take these off and plug the black tube carrying water with caulk or something to stop it pissing water in your car if ever you accidently press the wiper stalk back.
if your a new modder i highly recomend the 99 relay to set your own times on the wiper stalk ! it a god send in the winter

So theres now a click when the clutch is released from being pressed, and my biting point is low down its also a pain in the ass to get in gear sometimes but any gear.
Some one please confirm that's only te clutch cable and not anything else ?!.

You checked where the cable goes on the bulk head? Mine came off and I had these issues, I secured mine back on with a cable tie.

Oh and she passed her MOT yesterday with these advisories
(basically what you expect with modding a car)
So in the next year il replace the coilovers so if anyone wants them
They can bear in mind the advisory and get lower profile tyres most likely 195/40/R16
