Match,

As you can see above, the Match wheels look great powder coated gloss black. If I were you, I'd get them done rather than purchase a set of non-OEM alloys. For a decent job your looking at around £200 but well worth it IMHO :)

The picture is actually of the Moda trim but I think I'll be going with a gloss black respray when I have the money, oh and thanks for correcting me on the price, £200 is what I meant :D

Plans:

• Plasti dip badges and upper grille (matt black)
• Plasti dip roof (matt black)
• hopefully getting new alloys - possibly VW ones as I have a £100 voucher on its way!
• possibly Plasti dip the alloys if they aren't black ;)

yeah i've been watching lots of demos, shouldn't be a problem! do you reckon 2 400ml cans would do the roof and badges?

change of plans:

- Plastidipping still stands
- probably no alloys, too expensive right now. want to get the stock ones powdercoat gloss black but again too expensive (may have to just plastidip!)
- possibly lowering a bit. I can't go too low because about 70% of roads I drive on are rural and very bumpy.

Wish I had some cash lying round but i really don't :( no progress at the moment!

pleased with it so far, very comfortable and even with a small engine it's quite quick! I've been learning to drive in a mini and I hate it  but it makes me appreciate my polo 8)

First car!

So I passed my driving test first time today, 3 minors, pretty pleased :-) feels good to get out driving on my own!

Just keeping the car as clean as possible for the moment, although there are a lot of wood pigeons leaving massive dumps all over my car ;-)
