Hey mate, pretty conclusive results from the dyno yesterday. This is the result of only changing the FMIC from Forge to Seat.
Power up from 141.9 to 147.1, so a 6kW gain at the wheels.
Torque up from 374.5 to 376.4, so a 1.9Nm gain at the wheels (see below for reason why it's not a big increase)
And finally boost has increased just over 1 psi increase in peak boost.
Here are the charts showing the overlapped baseline runs also.
As you can see the blue line shows the IC is holding boost longer in the higher rev range. But it seems i'm now getting some retardation in torque at 3200rpm where is wasn't before. He said it's because i'm leaning out which my air fuel ratio shows as well. So next thing will be bigger injectors and fuel pump and that will translate into even more torque
So it seems the big increase in air flow is maxing out the fuel system.
I am still only running the stock ko3s with a few other mods so a bigger turbo would see even greater results
