Re: New member - help needed!
Not my car but the tdi engine. No room for your hands to get down to change the bulbs

Re: New member - help needed!
I can (just about) do them with the bumper off, and that's on a TDI too (arguably the tightest packed bays). Dipped beams are easy enough to do and OS main and sidelight bulbs have good enoug access. Had a bit of an issue with the NS main and sidelight bulbs though as access is tight due to the battery. Instead of removing the bumper though, I just took the battery out.
Having said that, I have tiny hands.
PS: chewy #2, how's chewy #1?
Tell him I said hi.

Giving the car to a local garage to fit the lights in. Think i will give the exhaust a miss, going to get a k&n induction kit instead.
Re: New member - help needed!
No point on a 1.2 Save your money for something else like coilovers and alloys
Re: New member - help needed!
Might just get the standard panel air filter instead, definitely need to go lower. Not sure whether to get new alloys or to get my current ones painted.
Re: New member - help needed!
Looking to get some springs, which of these are better?

Re: New member - help needed!
If your just wanting to go lower and your not bothered about the ride just get some cheap ebay coilvers http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-POLO-9N2-A ... 4abcb18df4
Stick an offer in for £160 and see what happens. Worked for me when I got mine.
