That does sound very very bad customer service. So re-ordered through Drive the Deal - so far ( touching wood!) it's been a pleasure dealing with the dealer in Kent who I ended up with. Got the car £1000 cheaper than original order even with adding xenons.
Luckily my dealer is keeping me informed every few weeks, and almost matched Car Wow (saves me travelling 150 Miles)
