According ElsaWin diagrams you can install the two 12V sockets (U1-Cigarette lighter, U5-12 V socket) in the same wiring installation and use a 15A fuse. SB42 (original fuse in your car). :wink:

Today I installed the Steering wheel. It works but lighting buttons not work. Why? Which differences are there in new BCM? Coding?

Thanks for the information federicodrdpro, it is very valuable to me.
The problem is not coding or adaptation of the BCM, the problem is software.

I'm sure many enthusiasts that make mods to their Polo 6R will buy the BCM Max 7E0937090, however also many of them with BCM High from factory can buy BCM High 6R0937087T (2015 --->) to solve the issue of the backlight of buttons if they have no intention to make additional improvements.

Thanks for the precious answer! Can I install the 7E0937090 ( Z4Y ?) In my Polo 6R without xenon?

P.S. I bought the VW Golf 7 RVC camera because it have the composite video signal. Do you know if is possible to change the golf 7 emblem with the Polo emblem? (Golf 7 emblem have a different design).

The buttons lightning is swiching by LIN bus signal. The new type MFSW requres other signal. This is BCM firmware ability and couldn't be activited by coding. So there are two ways to solve the issue:
1) update the firmware of your current BCM
2) install the BCM manufactured after 04.2015

Yes, but you need to make changes in wirings and coding.
- Wirings BCM Max
- Wiring CAN_bus IC->BCM (BCMs 7E0)

I guess that this information is derived from my creations. Not right for Polo 6R Europe, are missing some important details* and others are not necessary.
However it seems me well to have a rough idea of what to do. :wink:

*details that must be corrected in the future if he install other equipment. So he will work twice.

Thanks for the answer. Now I study it. :wink:

P.S. A question about the RVC tube. Do you used 5K6 827 861 tube like in your guide? Because it seems short :roll:
