Hey Alexander,
if you want, I can order and send you used BCM from Poland
Or you can try to send directly, buy as you know, many sellers don't send abroad.

Very interesting. With Bi-xenon headlights (my R-line) there are vcds faults in BCM regarding to the LED headlights modules if this Bit is activated. Logically.
As for warning light, perhaps you have active a Bit for PWM or diagnostic lamp in BCM that it's no correct for this setting.

Just remind to others that read this that firegrafik have installed in his Polo Sedan the 6C LED headlights modules. :)

Edit  :

I just checked that 6C and T6 use the same modules for LED headlights...

I had just thought about it, and checked it, I hadn't had PWM or diagnostic bits marked in 11,16 and 19 bytes

keep an eye out at bm-parts or bm onderdelen BV, and maybe also for ebay. sometimes a complete set is sold (mirrors, door motors and the switch)

bump bump.

did anyone ever notice how funny the coding of the ALWr in the polo actually is?

Address 55: Headlight Range (J431) Labels: 6R0-907-357.clb
Part No SW: 6R0 907 357 HW: 6R0 907 357
Component: LWR-ECU H02 0070
Revision: -------- Serial number: --------------
Coding: 0192000001000000

byte 0: vehicle type.
Hex 01 = Polo.

byte 1 (here it gets funny)
bit 0: ?
bit 1: rls installed
bit 2: LHD (mine is set to 0)
bit 3: leveling info via sensors and not via can (mine is set to 0 again)
bit 4: multilink rear axle and FWD
bit 5: multilink rear axle and AWD (the fixed rear axle for Polo 6R should leave both bits at 0)
bit 7: start/stop installed

byte 4
bit 0: headlight regulation active

if I would do what I think is right, then byte 1 would look like 10001110 HEX 8E (LHD + bit 3 ON + solid rear axle)
but then I get an error that the front axle height sensor is not there. and it needs a new basic setting.

maybe the label for byte 1 bit 3 is for the front axle, and it receives some kind of balance via sensor in the body instead of a front axle sensor

but i don't get why it's set to 01 in byte 5/6 since the polo has a solid rear axle without any independent suspension at all.
but this code is rejected with a code 22

How many sensors have your 6R? ONE
(leveling info via sensors and not via can)

one sensor = via can
two or more sensors = possibility offered to select

Therefore Byte1 Bit3 = 0 Image...

Byte1 Bit4: When you sell your 6R can say it has multilink rear axle ...

Is it possible to reset the position of the xenons? There's an option on Xenon range, but again, I need the access code...
