Try this:
3CB029BF48A10000012805906C2B1ED15B80412F60840048200000030000
and we will have managed to activate your DRLs (TFL) and deactivate your "Dauerfahrlicht" in the correct way.
* special due to:
- from 6R0937088 to 7E0937090 BCM
- from external GW to internal GW (BCM).
- without separate DRLs from factory.
- wiring configuration.
Now I would like to know why VW (there will be good reasons for this) sold these 6R Bluemotion with activated "Dauerfahrlicht" instead of TFL ...
(Driving with parking lights is strictly prohibited except in the Scandinavian countries)
With "Dauerfahrlicht" they may say that in the front are TFL, but in the rear are the parking lights.
In my humble opinion I think the rear parking/side lights should not be lit under any circumstance with enough sunlight and good weather conditions.. If they are activated they mitigate the brake lights effect.
I have observed this circumstance in the place where I live (a place with lots of sunlight) in those that have the Scandinavian lights activated to simulate daytime running lights.

The rest of faults:
BCM (as
I explained to you)
Waiting for you to install the new wire (T6/3 -> T73b/4) to solve:
02195 - Dimmer Switch Instrument Panel & Switch Lighting (E20)
Therefore this is solved.
Climatic
Maybe it's related to the previous fault you still have in the BCM (above).
Media Player and Telephone
This/your unit is unknown to me, but I'm sure it's easy to solve. Search for online coding and check the installation (wiring).
