Finally I got dimmer switch
I tried a lot to source only dimmer switch but didn't got it so took with combination of headlight range control which was easily available at vw India service center and will be useless as I installed bixenon headlights

Mean while I edited eeprom of amarok cluster which was installed earlier and pending to support to my vento
Successfully edited it to suit it to vento following changes were done after editing eeprom
1) wheel circumference value was changed to 1843 mm from 2350mm
2) Truck logo in mfd display was changed to sedan
3) Brake oil light error was removed
4) Fuel tank characteristics was changed to 55 lit from 80 lit

My car is already installed with BCM Max will my BCM support these seats ?

It is difficult to know, there are many electric seats that do not need any type of connection to the BCM, but there are others that need such connection.
It is important to know in which model year those seats are installed.

Search on eBay u will get it in the range of 15k to 25k
Before purchasing any cluster talk to your dealer whether they will install or not 90% of the dealer deny for Installation and no one can install cluster except vw service station
