is the engine warm? usually it took my car (same engine) about 10km to get up to temperature. with the climatronic, it will use an additional electrical heater too.

if you turn on the knob for warm/cold dair, do you hear some movement in the heating housing?
is it heavy or light to turn the knob?
what does VCDS say about the temperature of the engine coolant and oil?

I already checked the knob. It move the gear of the heating housing. I hear the same noise and it have the same weight of ever.
Coolant temperature is 79°C and oil temperature is 69°C now.
The car is stopped from about 25 minutes.

Problem solved . The knob of heating house moving the gear but not the heating house.
EDIT: iichel, could you download your parametrization zdc file of the 6R0 907 357 control unit?

Who have a VCP original should ask to VCP Support to provide the file. They can provide it.
I have the zdc file of 6R0 907 357 C (Polo) and 6R0 907 357 (VW T5).
