Hahaha..... because I know that you're a very funny guy and not familiar with these Autoscan matters. The Autoscan you'd post is the best VCDS autoscan in the history, ... in all forums I know ...firebulletz wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2018 2:30 pm This is vcds autoscan

Thanks for that (sincerely), these things always are the best.
Those Golf MFSW buttons are installed correctly, but we need to see the full autoscan.
For example, this is the last autoscan from my 6R:

Tell your electrician to give you the autoscan in a TXT file and post it here.
To sum up:
- Those MFSW buttons (and none) are not compatible with your IC without MFA+.
- They are not compatible at all for the CCS.
- Neither are compatible with stalk buttons for DIS (display information system). (2015)
- Once you have the correct combination of IC, MFSW buttons, and stalks, you may have to configure the buttons functions on your big radio. (as seen in the videos that I post previously)
... end of story.

Re: Retrofit golf mk7 steering wheel on polo mk5
Tomorrow i will go on my electrician.
In future i will change the instrument cluster with mfa+, but for now I'll have to leave what I have for quite some time.
Two others questions:
1- there is a way to install these buttons without changing bcm or buttons with 1k8?
2- [I don't know if this is a verifiable thing]
My actual bcm is compatible with coming/leaving home, folding mirrors, instrument cluster mfa+, automatic lights, rain sensor (for the windshield wipers and to have the windows automatically closed in the event of rain) and anti-glare mirror? If not, with what is compatible my bcm with things written before?
I apologize if I ask too many questions and if I am heavy sometimes, but I would like to do many things and unfortunately I do not know anyone able to do them. I thank you for everything already now. I'm sorry [emoji23][emoji23]

The way they are installed ... some things will work and others will not.
2- [I don't know if this is a verifiable thing]
My actual bcm is compatible with coming/leaving home (NO), folding mirrors (maybe), instrument cluster mfa+ (YES), automatic lights (NO), rain sensor (for the windshield wipers (YES) and to have the windows automatically closed in the event of rain (maybe)) and anti-glare mirror (YES)? If not, with what is compatible my bcm with things written before?

6r0937088f or 6r0937087t are good also for steering wheel buttons? Or is only 7e0937090 compatible?

Re: Retrofit golf mk7 steering wheel on polo mk5
Your current BCM is known as High (it's not Max), well, since middle 2015 all BCMs High installed in new 6Rs and PQ25 family (other markets) are compatible for the MFSW backlighting. (new models)
2017 or 2018 BCM High (6R0...) from Russia or India are perfect and cheap for your 6R (no needs extra wires) in case you decide to buy one of second hand.
Plug ... coding .... and Play.
Maybe firegrafik can help you in this matter.

And if I decide not to add ch/lh and automatic lights, if i will change the buttons with 1k8 it will work with my bcm 6r0937087k with the two additional cables or i could have other problems?

Re: Retrofit golf mk7 steering wheel on polo mk5
You don't have a big problem, you have many small problems ...
Nevertheless some faults in that autoscan are intermittent or were not cleared.
It's clear that something in the electrical installation of your non-OEM radio was not or is not connected correctly, maybe the CAN Bus module. I thought I saw something related to its configuration through the menus in the previous videos.
As I told you, the MFSW buttons are connected correctly. Maybe you should try A4FFFF coding instead of B0FFFF coding, but it's just in trying to make something work, maybe it'll not even have any effect.
Buy the appropriate parts. (already explained)

Re: Retrofit golf mk7 steering wheel on polo mk5
You can buy a compatible 6R0 or 6RD BCM (2016 --->) to avoid having to make modifications to the wiring. This will make the steering wheel backlight work.
You can buy some Stalks without TRIP computer buttons. This will avoid incompatibilities with the buttons on the steering wheel.
You can buy the 1K8 buttons. They are the correct ones.
You can buy an IC with MFA +. This will make all buttons useful.
Read my previous replies.

Re: Retrofit golf mk7 steering wheel on polo mk5
End of February I will update my module to be compatible with PQ25 platform.
After new update you can run any MQB MFSW and operate CCS too (with ccs or acc,) or basic just to MFA and radio
also you can run PQ35 MFSW
No need to replace BCM to highline , keep old one
all you need is a require wires for CCS and LIN to corresponding with MFSW over SlipRing
cars with external BT module like 3C8 or 7P6 require extra emulator (this is BT issue) but is already sorted
2 configurations available (all is tested in PQ35 platform durring last 2 years)
-cars w/o externall BT or with RNS 315 (built in BT) or MIB for PQ platform - no need HighLine BCM and not require Emulator
-cars with external Bt such as 5K0 , 5N0, 3C8, 7P6 , 1Z0 .... require HighLine BCM and extra emulator
With my module you can operate radio even if you not have MFA+ cluster
any questions, you can ask below or PW message

This is great for the PQ25 platform. I want it (of course).
With MQB do you mean 6C MFSW too? Just to clarify doubts.
Now I send you some information by private message.
