Does anyone think this virus will cause ports to shut or delay importation?

Here in Greece in Thursday the dealers will be closed. I think production factories will follow.

My car has been built and is now in transit. So I assume on the ship as we speak. Just worried it might be delayed getting into the UK.

Some car manufacturers are already closing factories because of reduced demand, and supply chain issues.

As far as port activity is concerned - the main Covid-19 risk is from the movement of people, so maybe there won’t be a significant impact - if any - on the movement of goods. If goods are affected, then I dare say the priority will be to maintain food and medical imports / exports.
