Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues

Good Morning everyone!

I have 2011 VW Polo GTI (LHD) with halogen headlights.

The previous weekend I installed OEM LED Bi-Xenon headlights (Parts number: 6R1941031C 6R1941032C) with KUFATEC adaptor 10-14pin.
Also, I replaced old BCM module (6R0937087H), with new BCM module (7H0937090B).

Currently, I have the following issues:
1) Light switch 0 = LED's on but highbeam not working (just shutters without lights).
2) Light switch "parking lights" = LED's on but the highbeam not working as well.
3) Light switch "on" = Still LED's on, Xenon light turn on, highbeam work well with lights (Bi-Xenon)
4) The Driver and passenger Windows doesn't Work.
5) The MFSW doesn't work
6) The clusters light doesn't work when I turn on the lights switch (Xenon), also the flashlight on the cluster doesn't work.

Any suggestion?

Can you show a full autoscan please?

How did you swap the BCM? Did you add any wires?

Add only the wires from lights adaptor (Kufatec) to BCM module under supplier instruction.

OK well then I have an idea about what went wrong. You need to do a BCM Max wiring/adaptation:
- Wiring from light switch to BCM
- Wiring from fuse box to BCM
- Wiring from BCM to external lights via fuse box
- Adjust coding/adaptations accordingly

No these wires go to your instrument cluster but it's working fine so not needed.

At night when turn on the light (Xenon) the cluster light doesn't work, also doesn't work the flash light (left and right arrows in cluster).

The most advanced PQ25 BCM Max will be the 7E0... BCM. The process of the BCM Max retrofit will be very similar. 7E0 can control high beams as well.

Some of the installer say 7HO better. And yes price up x2 for me
I didn’t need nothing from new options, only the full work of bixenon headlights.
but I simply cannot find examples of those who put one or the other on the Skoda Rapid, or car models do not matter so much?
