Hey fox, hope you're doing well.
The good days are back (at least) for the moment and today I used my panoramic sunroof.
Last summer I did a complet servicing:
-Glass panel removed
-Remove old grease and appluy new one (VW grease)
-Put back glass panel and adjust the height with the 6 screw with correct torque.
Before the servicing, I had (when closed) a rattle and also when in open position.
Now, only when it's open.
Screws are tight and glass panel is in correction position according to VW documentation.
Rails guide are well lubricate.
I see nothing.
Except one thing: when I bought the car (I'm the second owner) the panoramic sunroof was never serviced (no grease, except factory's one).
Do you think the rails guide worn out due to old grease never been replaced ?
Thanks for your help !

If you don't mind me asking, how did you remove the sunroof glass? I am trying to remove mine too for servicing it by myself asap. Any help would be well appreciated!

Sorry for the late....
Before you can remove the 6 screws (3 on each side).
You have to remove like a sliding piece of plastic: It slide backward to be removed and can be tight.
After, you can remove the 6 screws. Be careful, they need to be cleaner to remove the old threadlocking (blue Loctite 243) and DO NOT over thight them (5.5Nm)
Otherwise you will have to replace the sunroof assy. Pretty expensive.
