a 7E0 937 089C should support TPMS high (address 65) yes. Kessy should be available too, but keep an eye out for the correct key frequencies.

Interestingly, 7E0 937 090D BCM has same HW and SW as 089C ( H82, 0762) !!! :P

If you'd ask me the difference between 089/090, it's probably in the presence of address 61 in the 090 gateway. And perhaps the LIN pin for atlernator/BDM, otherwise it's identical.
