So after few hundred kilometers, oil temps seems to get more and more near what I have been to had with the previous sensor.
Maybe 1 or 2°C higher but nothing major.

Also after air filter replacement (not so dirty) and cleaning of the 2 air inlet temp/pressure sensors, the car is way more torquy and fuel consumption drop a lot.

Oh yeah, now I have to see if is there any leaks.

Next steps:

-Timing belt
and
-Suspension: I can no more support all the rattle in my car with the B4+ VW lowering spring

I've always wondered if the suspension from the Bluemotion TDI will work. Isn't it lower than normal on that thing?

Timing belt ... I have 13K km to go before worrying about that. This one scares me for lack of timing marks. I've done timing belts in 20 minutes on older cars. I guess need the right tools. At least these are not the later 1.4tsi and 1.5tsi that need a 1000+ Euro timing tool.

Hmmm to be honest, I don't know.
But for sure,I will throw away by B4/Eibach setup and used the same as @ciclo and @Tinnman.

But it means I have to buy the spring at VW and, damn, they are expensive.

Concerning your timing belt, how many miles/km on the clock ?

Coming up to 108,000km. Needs to be checked at 120K km, but only replaced if showing wear. Depends on the climate and region. Some places are very dusty which wears out the belt. I want to replace anyway.

Mine is a Cross Polo. Suspension sits 10-15mm higher than standard. It's maybe too soft. Still bottoms out too.
I was hoping to go with Bilstein B6 monotube or the B12 kit, but I think maybe B6 with ST Suspension springs. I've heard ST Suspension is softer springs.
All depends on money though. Will probably just get OE grade stuff done when needed. Would love it sitting a little lower though, but it's a family car and roads are often not the best.
