Well as you can see theres a fair amount of mods. All the VW GLI parts are EXTREMELY rare and expensive. They are only available from America where the Jetta 20th Anniversary GLI was sold - similar to the 25th Anniversary Golf over here.
Overall the exterior is in excellent condition with a few points to note - there is a small "pinhole" dint in the OSR door and there is a very minor scuff on the rear bumper both were there when I bought it but have not bothered me as can only be seen when looking. There is also a small dint on the NSF arch which should easily pull out. This happened a few weeks ago when parked at University (This is the main reason I'm not taking it with me as I cannot bear it to get damaged). Obviously inline with its age there are a few scratches but does look fantastic when clean and I personally feel its the best colour in the MK4 range. Overall the car looks fantastic and I'm sure anyone that has seen it will couch for it.
Interior
The interior is very nice with the heated cream leather and climate control. Everything works fine and is nice and clean - I dont smoke and neither did the previous owner! The seats are excellent with very very little wear and have been treated to Autoglym leather cleaner/conditioner every month. It has two sets of mats, cream VW mats which I use for shows and then black overmats. The Anniversary clocks look much better and has a lovely ambience at night with the clocks and W8 light.
Engine
The engine is totally standard and has not been fiddled with at all. All runs smoothly, starts first time everytime. Has mainly been used on the current 40 trip to Uni not around town. It has a camchain so will never need cambelt changes liek most. Pulls cleanly and smoothly as you would expect with the mileage.
Chassis
As said the car is on Weitec coilovers. Its currently down 70mm but can go about 30mm lower if you wish. I have NEVER had any rubbing from the wheels and for me its at an ideal height for daily driving. It gets over most speedbumps without any trouble and the sump/subframe etc has never hit the floor so no damage. The TT arb goes under the driveshaft so no rubbing, The Neuspeed rear ARB makes the handling fantastic and really does give people a shock when they see a Bora on rails. Brakes are excellent and were a great improvement over the standard 288's. Plenty of life left in them as the front discs were near new and the rest little use. The wheels are in very good condition with NO kerbing. Theres a few stonechips on them and the OSR wheels has a chip out of the paint when removing a centre cap. They were refurbed when I bought them in a slight grey colour so not the usual corrosion of Anni wheels.
Well sorry for the essay so here's a few pictures:
