Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
the difference between rapid and Polo/Ibiza/T5.1/5.2 is mostly in the details, the bigger process will involve adding power lines to the BCM, light switch input lines to the BCM and light output lines from the BCM.
you must know your 'as is' situation based on wiring diagrams and verify with your car
you must know your 'to be' situation based on your studies of the wiring diagrams
the difference between these is what you must do to successfully install the BCM max and the bixenons.

Thanks
from there, part of the wire go to bcm and rest to new T10 connector of new autoswitch and T40?

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Yes, exactly, You can re-use some wires as they are the same regardless of what BCM is installed.
Other wires need to be re-routed to the BCM and from BCM to external lights/fuse box.
I don't think you need to run wires to T41 for the stalks, unless you want the BCM to control high beams too (7E0 only)

Thanks
In my case T16 as I understand, no t41.
Anyway
if there something special i need to do after harness complate in case coding? i have BCM t6 090.
Almost work except Hi beam no flashing without lo beam.
Drl led flashing as crazy and didn’t working on another two position.
All back light and light inside car work perfect.

Hmm... please post here a fresh Autoscan.
(viewtopic.php?p=597930#p597930) I didn't intervene because I thought you already had help.

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
If you want help, you should do and post a full Autoscan due to many more reasons than detected faults.
I will be able to help you with the BCM coding and maybe to solve some problem due to an incorrect electrical installation, but I do not have the wiring diagrams for Skoda models, so the help will be somewhat limited.
For example:
-According to the faults that you show us, apart from correcting the BCM coding, the BCM adaptation channels would also have to be reviewed.
-According to the pictures of the T17 light switch connector, wires 13 and 14 should not be there.

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
- Once I've reviewed the diagrams from your link, wires T17/13 and 14 should stay where they are from factory, ... the Rapid's xenon headlights are somewhat simpler than those of the 6R.
- Try this BCM coding: (first test)
6C980F2000210400000808303F480CC00F406607600308C0060000024000
- Go to BCM Adaptation and check that channels 53 and 54 have value 0. Change to 0 if you find value 1.
- reports the results.

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Thank you
Ok i add T17/13 back.
You new code change work of Steering column switch, hi beam with this code work non stop and unpossible to blink with it.
Everything else work is the same as before.
Adaptation Channel 53-0-0,54 0-0.
some vag owner of polo, jetta and rapid mention that only if I FIX eeprom with VCP or Odis it can help in my situation.
Do u know something about that?
PWM Value with POS/TFL lights and activated Pos-lights .

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Apart from the signal from the light switch to the BCM T73b/29 for DRL, have you installed two 'NEW' wires from the BCM to the xenon headlights?
Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
BCM T73b/29 for DRL i connect it direct to T17/3.i try connect it to wire from SB17 but no difference.part from the signal from the light switch to the BCM T73b/29 for DRL
Yes 2 from Hibeam pin to L-A1,R-B1have you installed two 'NEW' wires from the BCM to the xenon headlights?

Re: Polo 6r GTI - Bi-Xenon installation Issues
Well, in that case (low and high wired from BCM to headlights), you should modify and install more wires in E4 for Low and High beam.
E4
Check your diagrams for clarification.
Regarding the DRL, the diagrams do not seem to be clear. There is no representation of an LED module that controls the DRLs and side/parking lights on the same LED strip. I haven't tweaked anything in the BCM coding for the DRLs yet, the BCM coding tests are to find out what's going on with your installation (low/high).
I am completely unaware how the xenon headlights of a Skoda Rapid (pq25) work, even if during the production years of this vehicle there were different models of xenon headlights. I can only base myself on what I see in the diagrams, and from there test the codings.
Any video or images would help me understand these headlights.
