You need to get a code reader and do some further diagnostic work now you have eliminated the basics

On this engine I’m pretty sure the camshafts and sprockets DO have a keyway, so as you previously stated someone else has ‘tried’ to do a water pump and failed,putting the timing out it’s best to remove the belt and pulleys to check seeing as you have crank -cam correlation faults present.

Does the car in question have drum brakes on the rear? This could be an indication of leaking wheel cylinders and contaminated brake shoes sticking to the drums,or just time for a brake inspection

Recheck all your fuses in the interior fuse box with a multi meter I suspect one is blown.

This was one of the first things I did to my car ,permanently disable the S/S via OBDeleven.It’s just not necessary in my view,if as said I’m in traffic for any significant time I turn it off manually
No more get in, seat belt on, start car, turn off S/S etc
