Perhaps, but its a silly rule

If its totally readable, correct font, not malformed with screws and things, just a slight change in spacing from the format i.e. XX XXXX instead of XXX XXX etc... then I think its crazy and there are far more important rules to be stuck too and inforced

Changing the font is 'wrong' I think, some are very much unreadable. Sticking screws in or malformed letters is 'wrong' also. But normal font with the odd space should be allowed

Just like with tom_mk5's - it is totally readable, in any situation, yet he gets pulled for it?!

Ahh well, loosing battle

That is currently a legal numberplate (as far as I am aware!) because they come with the right font and spacing and are perfectly legible. Been around for a while now but you still don't see them on cars all that often!

Exactly, take this situation for example, if I were to get Gatso'd, would they, or would they not be able to make out my number plate? Of course they would, it still reads T8 MSX, no matter how it's spaced. In my eyes it's not misrepresented in any way, shape or form.
