Bixenon headlights with additional lamp for Static cornering lights:
- the foglights electric installation is without BCM control, through the fuse 54.
(light switch --->fuse 54--->foglights)
Therefore, your current electrical installation is correct if you install Bixenon headlights.
LED headlights don't have additional lamps:
- the electric installation of the fog lamps must be controlled by the BCM, in this case the Static cornering lights function is carried out by the fog lamps, so that the fog lamps have two functions, foglights and Static Cornering Lights. BCM coding.
(light switch--->signal wire to BCM---BCM fed--->a supply wire to each foglight)
In your case it would be necessary to make a new electrical installation for the fog lamps if you install LED headlights. Link that I posted here in your topic (ebay.de).
---
To your question by email:
Which of them would I install if that were the case?
I would install the Bixenon headlights.
- due to its ease to make the electrical installation (avoiding the new foglights electrical installation), BCM-compatibility you bought, maintenance, aesthetics and functionality.
My opinion always is irrelevant.
Either one is good to fulfill its purpose.

in terms of light production, LED and bi-xenon are not very different.
This installation of wires from T73b/9 and /10 and feed to the BCM from SB57 will also apply to bi-xenon headlights for the static cornering in the headlight, no?ciclo wrote: ↑Sun Apr 08, 2018 9:11 am LED headlights don't have additional lamps:

However in the Vento IND is not the fuse 57 is the 49.
In this case, for Vento of vento2013 we use fuse 55 because the fuse 49 has already been used for folding mirrors.

LED headlights looks cool, that too on Black. (iichel's 6C!)
Easy to install is Bi-Xenon with my current wiring, BCM etc. I liked them too, so at first i bought Bi-Xenon.
Will decide while plugging in wiring.

Re: Retrofitting Bi-Xenon & BCM Max Adaption+Auto Headlight with CH/LH on 2013 6R
remember, there is no wrong answer to the question, so think about it.
Just some tips for the consideration:
- Will your current BCM 7E0 937 090 C support LED headlights? Not all do.
- How is the availability of the RHD LED headlights where you live in India?
- What looks do you prefer? What do you like best with the 6C bumper?
- Costs?
Some technical aspects could be taken into account to.
The bi-xenon headlights have the static cornering light in the headlight.
etc...

From factory (currently):
- Russia --- Polo Sedan --- Bixenon headlights.
- India --- Vento --- LED headlights.
Polo Sedan = Vento

TRUE will keep in mind.
- Will your current BCM 7E0 937 090 C support LED headlights? Not all do. YES
- How is the availability of the RHD LED headlights where you live in India? Its available and I have already purchased
- What looks do you prefer? What do you like best with the 6C bumper? Now looks are way better, Comparing with original bumper, 6C fog lamp is best, even for cornering function
- Costs? Already purchased both types of headlight. Have to sell which I don't install.
Some technical aspects could be taken into account to.
The bi-xenon headlights have the static cornering light in the headlight.
etc...
Will keep in mind everything Thanks for suggestion iichel.

Re: Retrofitting LED headlights & BCM Max Adaptation+Auto Headlight with CH/LH on 2013 6R
Hello Fernando,
I am still waiting for BCM for LED headlights. Meanwhile last weekend one of my friend Nikhil(he is also member of uk-polos) visited my home, he has very good knowledge on 6R Polo wiring, he saw all parts I have acquired, told him I will install LED headlights and waiting for specific BCM for LED headlights, Firegrafik Friend from Russia will send and it will reach in another 15-20 days. Waiting for parts kills.
Then he insisted me, will do adaptation of BCM Max 7E0937090C(Bi Xenon lights) for existing Halogen dual beam lights, connect auto headlight wires, route all necessary wiring for DRL, Fog, reverse light and license plate light, keep everything ready when you get BCM for LED just swap BCM, Crimp T14 connector and install LED headlights. Some errors will come up(Like DRL wires not connected) but we can leave with it for some days I too liked his idea; because of 2 things half of work will be finished and most important I will get his help for installation.
Apart from above installation, I have also planned for retrofitting cruise control and G85 (Steering angle sensor) for cornering light, these also will be finished.
I will cut short installation process because I am poor in writing and not taken any pictures of installation because we did installation in basement parking with poor light. (We used emergency light n torch for light).
After adaptation of BCM Max on halogen lights, we installed new stalk with cruise control button, steering angle sensor and connected all wires for the same. Connected battery, did necessary coding using vcds. Scanned for errors except DRL not connected everything was fine, worked perfectly.
After this contacted Firegrafik and confirmed with my present BCM 7E0937090C which is meant for Bi Xenon headlights, if I use this for LED headlights only parking light won’t work. Everything else DRL, high beam, low beam will work. So itch of installing it and seeing started, so thought will leave without parking light till new BCM arrives, crimped n connected T14 connector and installed LED headlights.
Now everything is working. Except parking light when headlight is on. Here I am attaching scan report. Please check coding. I used smg_shardul’s topic for coding. Fog lamp was not getting on, because coding is for Bi-Xenon, made small change in coding for that. Now fog is working. Please check coding and guide any changes.
Thank you very much for providing all the help.
will add more clear images soon.
