Install a NEW battery!!! It is clear that the poor condition of the battery directly influences the problems that arise in your T5.
I recommend an AGM technology battery.

In the Debug folder of the VCDS program you have all the codings you have done on your T5, they are in the CodingLog file, maybe there you will find the original BCM coding.
Please follow my advices above, don't invent new encodings.

This was your coding and like you wrote i tested all possibilities with "(Bit3 and Bit5) and Byte7 (Bit4 and Bit5)"

i ended with 2 errors which reaturn after i lock & unlock car:
03303 - Response Closing Status of Rear Left Door
008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
03304 - Response Closing Status of Rear Right Door
008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

But doors are locking and unlocking, status in vcds is correct, no errors on speedo.

After diging in internet i found similar problem with Interior lights and find resolution this wasn't connected with bcm upgrade. In transport part i have 2 lights, one is with led board, this with led board was set to react on door open. When switch it off interior lights works fine. The lamp has internal problem.

01044 - Control Module Incorrectly Coded <- this is lie Has nothing to do with BCM, another idea from internet I unplugged china radio and error don't return after deletion. I connected it back, active on Can Gateway installation list Radio & Navigation and i don't have this error but i have:
01304 - Radio
004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent
01300 - Control Module for Navigation with CD-Rom (J401)
004 - No Signal/Communication

So here there is no solution :/ I will have error in the can gateway regarding bad coding or errors with the radio and navi... another solution is radio replacement.

Next week i will replace battery

SO.. I have fitted the headlights, added new wires for drl and 58r/l
I still didn't connect the level sensors
everything works as expected exclude the lift HB light
I have tried to swap the bubs, checked all the fuses
then I checked the wiring diagram for HB light, and I fund that the current is going for HB right and lift to the BCM But the lift HB Current is not going out from BCM
I tried several coding possibilities, then I tried A different BCM, But no success

The BCM coding is correct for Bixenon with 'T6 electrical installation' (but you already know that ).

Assuming that the electrical installation for HB is correct (two different wires from pins T73a/1, T73b/1 --> 2 fuses -- each routed for each headlight -HB-), we cannot draw any conclusions until the level sensors are installed, ... because you already have the J431 unit connected.

The coding for the J431 unit (55) is not correct, I guess you still can't code it due to the detected faults.

You also know that:
Module 61 can be removed from the installation list with the following procedure:

1- Go to Gateway 19, install list, enable 61 (again).
2- Go to Battery monitoring 61 (now enabled), code to 000000.
3- Come back to Gateway 19, install list, disable 61.
4- Go to autoscan, click on GW installation list (not on Start), wait the result, clear all DTCs, wait the result ...
Module 61 must have disappeared from the installation list.
5- Check with a new Autoscan (Start button).

This bug also cause unexpected faults.

So after a lot off digging, I decided to change the wire T73/1a, and the surprise was when I disconnect it from the bcm

The reason I have the rear fog light faul is that the T6 had a separate led bulb for rear fog, unlike t5

Very common causes (too common) in these retrofits, the wiring is the first thing to thoroughly check when these faults are detected in the scans.

Maybe you should check the coding for unit 55.
I recommend that you do some comparison with other vehicles like yours.

step 1 :-
When changing the ABS the order of the oil. pipes will be different from T5 order, some bending is needed

To solve the Airbag fault in the ABS unit I have took two t6 Airbag units from a friend
One is HW08 and the other is HW10

The HW10 seems not compatible with my airbag connector
So I had to stick with the HW08

the last mission was to deal with my Steering Wheel buttons, sine I don't like T6 Steering Wheel and I wanted to keep my GTI Steering Wheel, I had to face more issues

First I have moved buttons LIN from T73b/17 to T73b/36
and then tell the BCM by clicking byte 29 bit 6

then modifying CC wiring to match T6

Mainly RGA in in T6 is going directly from ACC unit to the buttons
after these changes we need to tell the BCM by clicking byte 17 bite 2

Changing my buttons to scirocco, hopefully it will work

the buttons seems to respond in 01 measurements, but still have faults in engine and ACC
I tried to change the buttons coding to match T6 buttons but still with the same faults
my last chance was swapping the Buttons IC
