... from here to the weekend I will take a look carefully, ... as soon as possible.
I'm waiting with interest. I'm also attaching a scan for the first situation (present - with BCM OEM 6R0937087F) it might help you. If necessary I can reconnect the new BCM MAX and the cables related to the second situation to do a new scan. Thanks in advance!

Hello 2501/2500

-lvu89-, homework for the weekend or whenever you want.
Concept:
As iichel mentioned, the BCM 6R0 cannot control the 6R bi-xenon headlights. Proceed with making a campfire with it or sell it for a very reasonable price (its advantages are that it manages the CCS and central locking for remote controls).
Procedure:
- Install the BCM 7E0 and install the wiring harnesses according to the KUFATEC guide... it will be necessary to install some more wires, but not at this time.
- New
provisional BCM 7E0 coding,
based on the Autoscan you posted.
3CB02DBF28A10000002800C17C0F9CD17AC847BB60071040200000020000
There's a methodology to this new coding because I won't be asking questions about lights other than the bi-xenon headlights. I can imagine what's going on, but a new autoscan will tell us what we need to know.
- With VCDS go to Autosan, click GW Installation List, click in clear all DTCs (whatever can be erased).
- Important: Verify that this BCM
7E0 has adaptation channels 53 and 54 set to '0'. Proceed to set them if not.
- Perform a functional test of all the lights without exception, that is, in addition to the 'normal lights'

, don't forget the reverse light, rear fog light, and license plate lights.
- You can repeat the same functional test after disconnecting and reconnecting the negative battery terminal for at least 10 seconds. Do this if any lights aren't working properly (at this point, this is still normal).
- Report the results with a new VCDS autoscan to debug errors due to missing wiring or coding (small and simple tasks). Don't panic just yet.
Note:
This BCM
7E0 may (or may not) have to be parameterized for the position/side/parking light values. According to results.
By the way, what is this on your Autoscan:
Subsystem 3 - Part No SW: KU 0-K U02 7. HW: KU0 -KU 027 .0
7.10
Serial number: KU0-KU027.07.10130
Coding: 333036
Take it easy, we'll be here to see what happens.
BTW2: cheer our eyes with a couple of photos of that 2501/2500 with that engine.
