Here you can download zip with lbl's for lots of different ABS types. Of course, you need 6Rx-907-37x-ESP82.lbl
Replace lbl with xml and put it into %vcds%\datadb\user

On a Chinese forum, I found a post about a PQ25 Jetta 1.6 where someone mentioned successfully replacing the A5 camera with a 3Q0 980 654C unit.

1009 came from Amarok (2h0/2h6). Polo has never had factory 1009 sw.
