yeh but it depends where your are from !! my mate owns a engineering company and he welds alloy parts and stuff . he`s got a very good polisher . although he has started shipping stuff out to be done as its not a very nice job to do .. i will get some details for you if you want .

first thing i would check is the fuel filter ! how long you owned the car ? its possible you have not changed the filter neither previous owners ! get it changed and then see how it goes ! ps its behind the fuel tank ! reverse onto a set of ramps then get underneith you will see the filter alloy kin...

to be certain get a gt cam that way you will have more power and with a little setting up off the cam timing you will not be dissapointed !!

what car is the aea out of jarno ?? i may consider the porting of my own head though or buy a donor head or as im now finding the fuel consumption terrible for the power output ! i may get rid and see about a 20 v turbo polo its just the group 13 insurance that puts me off !!

as you may need the high amp supply from the cigarette socket at some point or other then i would fit a 30 amp relay before the point then drop a switched feed from the head unit to power the relay that way you will get full amps to the aux point with no current draw down a smallish wire !
